NO HASSLE RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Our goal is that you are satisfied completely with your purchase. If, however, you should need to return or
exchange a purchase, please follow the guidelines below.

1) Our products are inspected before shipping, however, if you should receive a defective product, you must
notify us within five days of receiving the product to be eligible for a return. If you do not follow this policy, we will
only accept defective items at our discretion.

2) To return an item for refund or exchange, please complete the “
return or exchange" (ROE) form and return
with the product.  Contact us
before returning the product. We can be reached Monday through Friday from
8:00 am - 7:00 pm, Saturdays 9:00 am – 2:00 pm . Or you may send us an e-mail to:

Returned item(s) must be postmarked within 21 days of receipt of the original purchase. Items must be
unused, unaltered, in new and unworn condition with no unpleasant odors. Tags and labels must still be attached
with no sign of removal.

Exchanges: Please email or call us before sending the merchandise to be sure we have the desired item
available.

5) We strongly recommend using a mailing method that will allow you to easily track your package (UPS or US
Postal Service (USPS) ).  For your protection, we suggest insuring your shipment as we cannot be responsible
for lost, stolen or damaged return shipments.

6) Please include the ROE form, the shipping label and also include a copy of the original invoice. Send your

7) When the merchandise is received, we will credit the same credit card account with which the original purchase
was made. We will process your return as soon as possible but please allow up to 2-weeks for your refund to be
processed and up to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement. Fees for shipping
costs cannot be credited or refunded. However, if the item in question is defective, or it is determined that we are
at fault in some way, we will pay all the shipping charges for the transaction. If, on the other hand, the return or
exchange is not our fault, you must pay all the shipping charges. Return shipping charges for exchanges are as
follows: Domestic: Ground $9.95.
